Kevin Dean
PRINCIPAL
Kevin provides firm-wide leadership across acquisitions, capital markets, and portfolio execution. Prior to RockBridge, he spent four years at Fannie Mae on the Multifamily Pricing Desk, involved in more than $500 billion in Agency Debt transactions and structured over $300 million in multifamily debt workouts. Since 2018, he has led more than $350 million in real estate transactions totaling over 3,000 multifamily units. Kevin is a CFA charterholder and holds a B.S. in Finance from Salisbury University.

Connor Shockley
PRINCIPAL
Connor leads portfolio management, capital markets, and acquisitions. Prior to RockBridge, he spent seven years as an Equity Research Analyst at Stifel Financial, specializing in publicly traded REITs across multifamily, lodging, and retail sectors. His public markets background brings a disciplined, data-driven approach to valuation and market analysis. Connor is a CFA charterholder and holds a B.S. in Finance and Economics from Salisbury University.

David leads the firm's North Carolina office, co-heading acquisitions for the region and overseeing strategy, operations, and investor relations. As a General Partner, he has been involved in the acquisition of more than $250 million in multifamily assets totaling over 2,000 units. He holds a B.S. from UNC Wilmington, where he captained the Division I men's soccer team.
